Since summer 2014 the International Masterclasses took place on Musikinsel Rheinau (CH). The newly renovated historic rooms of the monastery offer in all respects ideal conditions for an intense and inspiring week of classes with internationally renowned musicians.
Top-class, internationally renowned lecturers teach students and aspiring professionals in individual and class lessons. Professional accompaniment, various performance possibilities as well as possible chamber music groups complete the course offerings.
Parallel to this, the Sommerserenaden Rheinau take place: a small, exclusive classical festival, at which the lecturers of the masterclasses perform together with guest musicians. As a special highlight, selected students of the master classes will be included in the concert program at the final concert of the festival.
